We will try to update the information before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Vice Loadout is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us at viceloadout@proton.me.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the fulfillment provider or carrier.

The resolution may depend on the outcome of the carrier or fulfillment investigation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • A clear description of the issue
